With these offers you can get to know and practice tantric practice: yoga, meditation, body work, mindfulness, encounters and touch. In the Tantra training you will experience the healing effects of a Tantra massage in a protected room. In this training you will learn the basics of Tantra massage according to Andro® and Kashmiri massage according to Daniel Odier as well as neo-tantric body work and various body-oriented meditation techniques. Tantra retreat training near Hamburg
Touch in mindfulness. In this certified Tantra retreat training near Hamburg, we start the day together with a varied yoga program. We practice tantric movement meditations, contact exercises and rituals, as well as sharing and exchange in the group. You will learn the basics of Tantra Massage according to Andro, the father of this art of touch, as well as elements of Kashmiri Tantra Massage according to Daniel Odier. The program includes approximately 45 hours of programming.

The Tantra Massage: Touch in mindfulness
Touch is a basic need and a prerequisite for health, growth and loving interaction with one another. However, sometimes there is not enough mindful, sensual touch in one’s life. In this session you will directly experience the effect of this art of touch. The course of the session will be discussed individually and adapted to your personal needs. This can be tried out as a short version within a consultation session (duration approx. 20/30 minutes) or as a longer version (2 hours in total). Why is touch so important?
The rest and attachment system
Without the sense of touch, we wouldn’t even know we exist. We don’t think ourselves, we feel ourselves. Mindful sensual touch helps reduce stress. They reach the brain through so-called CT fibers and activate the insula posterior, an area that is responsible for emotions such as well-being and eroticism. At the same time, they promote the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system and thus the so-called calm and bonding system. We feel safer and are more willing to open up to our partner.
Feeling of well-being and eroticism
Mindful sensual touch has a certain quality: it is gentle and calm, warming and holistic. These special touch stimuli are not only pleasant for the soul. They promote the release of substances – so-called T cells – an essential component of the immune system. Quality touch is not an option, but a basic need for maintaining physical and mental health.
Open-ended intention
Mindful sensual touch is given in a state of open-ended intention. This means that the giving person may have a wish regarding the encounter, but they listen to the recipient’s answers and resonate with them. Touch is a non-verbal form of communication that can convey feelings (love, affection, connection) ten times better than words.
